Normal Human Bladder Fibroblasts 正常人體膀胱纖維母細胞

產品型號: FC-0050

Lifeline® normal Human Bladder Fibroblasts provide an ideal cell system to establish serum free human feeder layers for human embryonic stem cell cultures or as a model to study wound healing, toxicology or basic cell biology.

Primary cells for true experimental outcomes

Primary Bladder Fibroblasts are directly cultured from the human urinary bladder, have not been modified in any way, and come from many donors (to be representative of the general population).  These excretory system cells have been isolated, plated and expanded in culture vessels before being harvested for cryopreservation to ensure the highest purity, viability and plating efficiency.

Our bladder fibroblasts are quality tested in FibroLife® S2 or FibroLife® Xeno-Free Medium and demonstrate optimal growth at rates equal to or greater than classical serum-supplemented media:

  • Lifeline® bladder fibroblasts are tested for proper growth and morphology over a period of at least 15 population doublings.

Bladder fibroblasts can be grown in serum-free, phenol red-free, and antimicrobial-free conditions when cultured in FibroLife® Serum-Free Medium.

Lifeline® bladder fibroblasts need not be exposed to antimicrobials or phenol red when cultured in FibroLife® Medium, an advantage since these supplements can cause cell stress and “masking effects” that may negatively impact experimental results.

500,000 cells per vial

NORMAL HUMAN BLADDER CELLS ARE TESTED FOR:

  • Cell Count: 500,000 cryopreserved cells per vial
  • Proliferation and Morphology: Normal cell appearance for 15 population doublings
  • Cell Viability: ≥ 70% viability when thawed from cryopreservation
  • Sterility Testing: Negative for mycoplasma Negative for bacterial and fungal growth
  • Virus Testing: Negative for HIV-1, HIV-2, HBV, and HCV by PCR
